THE HAGUE,The Netherlands – A Dutch court has ordered the Ministry of Defence to allow access to classified documents to the widow of one of the victims of genocide in Srebrenica.
The court in Utrecht accepted the request of one Bosniak woman now living in Holland, whose husband Rizo Mustafic worked as an engineer for “Dutch Bat” in Srebrenica, ANP news agency reported. He should have been evacuated with the Dutch soldiers in July 1995, but was left behind in Srebrenica and killed together with 8.000 other Bosnian men and boys by the genocidal Serbian aggressor.
His widow demands compensation from the Dutch Government and her lawyers demand access to documents that have been labelled as classified by the defence.
