I have underlined the most important parts.

This proves that:

1) A Vlach is not a synonime for a peasent Serb.
2) Vast majority of the Serbs in Bosnia have Vlach roots, they were brought there by the Ottomans in order to repopulate empty areas.
Truth be told most Bosniaks and Croats probably have Vlach roots, but Bosniaks never called themselves by that name.
